MOVCAM Roll Rig

The MOVCAM roll rig was designed to mount an ARRI Alexa Mini or Mini LF on the nodal axis to achieve zero-drift roll moves in camera. Using our Ignite Digi Keystone adapters, you can also mount a RED DSMC3 V-Raptor, Komodo or Freefly Ember high speed camera. The rotating ring is M.8 geared so it can be motorized with a standard focus motor. Due to clearance issues, there is typically significant time needed during prep to rig and test the camera build. That also means it's fairly complicated to changeover on set, so keep that in mind as you're considering your package and schedule.
