Zero Optik Canon FD Primes
These were an extremely long-awaited set to add to the inventory. The rabbit hole days of the pandemic led to a feeding frenzy of folks looking for FD donor glass as it became more well-known that these lenses share DNA with the legendary K35 primes. Our set is comprised mostly of later-generation FDs from the 1980s including three aspherical lengths in the 24, 50 and 85mm that have the most in common with the popular high speed K35s. After reviewing multiple copies of multiple lengths, we liked the consistency across the set that this combination provided. The look is nostalgic, warm and buttery, and like so many of our favorite vintage lenses, have big beautiful flares.
