Works Cameras Type SK Vintage Canon Primes
Not gonna lie, these might be my all-time favorites. I took the plunge pretty early in their existence (Serial number 2) and have never regretted it. I was a fan and customer of Stephen Gelb and his work at Lensworks when he launched this rehoused set. Started with the original 5-piece and added the 20mm when it became available. These are bona fide 60s-era vintage Canon rangefinder lenses, and share some DNA with the ever-popular K35 primes, but a generation or two older. They have warm, distinctive flares, and a surprisingly contrasty image for vintage lenses. NOTE: The 24mm and 35mm have a corner vignette on open gate Mini LF 36.7x25.5 but cover completely 16x9 Mini LF as well as the larger 5.7k 17:9 on the Venice and 16:9 8k on Venice 2.
